-1.5oz Sin Papeles Mezcal

-.5oz Fresh Lime Juice

-4oz Ginger Beer

-Mint Leaves

Instructions:

Stir in the Sin Papeles Mezcal, lime juice and ginger beer. Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge and mint. ENJOY!

Notes:

-Because of the high proof nature of Sin Papeles, I recommend using only 1.5 oz of mezcal; whereas I would use 2 oz of any other lower proof mezcal.
