-2oz Sin Papeles Mezcal

-1tsp agave syrup

-1 dash bitters

-Orange Peal (optional)

Instructions:

Mix Sin Papeles mezcal, agave syrup and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Strain over ice into your favorite old fashion glass. Garnish with a twisted or charred orange peal. ENJOY!

Notes:

-Sin Papeles mezcal is high proof mezcal, as mezcal should be. The mezcal old fashion will be alcohol forward, but carry the delicious flavor of the agave variety.
